A Quick Summary — For Those Who Want to Understand
If someone has pointed you to this page, they wanted you to have a simple, honest picture of what this is about before you decide whether it is worth a conversation.
The Problem
Your body is carrying more than it can handle.
We live in an era of unprecedented chemical exposure. The air, water, food, and products we encounter every day introduce heavy metals, pesticides, industrial chemicals, plastics, and other environmental toxins into our bodies at a rate that our natural elimination systems were never designed to manage alone.
Over time, this accumulation becomes your toxic load. It does not usually announce itself dramatically. It shows up gradually — as fatigue that doesn’t lift, as conditions that don’t fully resolve, as a sense that something in the body is simply not working as it should.
“When our detoxification system is overwhelmed and overloaded, that’s when we start getting symptoms and get sick — but it may take years of accumulated stress and toxins to get to that point. The key is to figure out how to enhance our body’s capacity to detoxify and get rid of waste, while minimizing our exposure to toxins.”
— Dr. Mark Hyman, Physician and Author
“90% of all chronic and serious illness could be prevented if we were able to eliminate 600 of the most dangerous environmental toxins.”
— World Health Organization
The Approach
We do not treat. We do not diagnose. We create an internal healing environment.
The PES Detox Foot Spa does not address specific conditions or target specific symptoms. What it does is create a supportive environment that may assist the body’s own natural detoxification pathways.
The body is remarkably capable of healing and repairing itself, given the right conditions. Reducing toxic load is one way of giving it those conditions. Cleansing the body is the first step in any healing process.
What It Involves
Simple. Comfortable. At home or with a practitioner.
A session involves placing your feet in warm water in the PES basin while the system generates the therapeutic environment. A typical session lasts 30 minutes. Most people find it completely relaxing. Sessions are generally taken once or twice a week as a regular routine.
The honest answer is: a conversation will tell us more than this page can.
Every person’s situation is different. KellyAnn has been working with people on these questions for many years, and she would rather understand your specific circumstances than give you a generic answer.
